Continuity of Care for Your Medical Procedure |
After you select the Physician and Hospital for your Procedure,
the Next Step is to set-up an Appointment with your Continuity of Care physician.
Your Continuity of Care Physician is located near your city and will handle all of your pre-procedure
medical preparation and testing. They will consult with your chosen Procedure Physician before you travel and during your hospital stay.
Your Continuity of Care Physician will then continue monitoring your post-procedure progress when you return home.
