This Website is owned and operated by MedicaView International (“MVI”). MVI is committed to respecting your privacy and understands that the privacy and security of our clients' personal health information is critical.

In order to perform its services, MVI will receive information from you and/or your physician(s), and deliver information to potential participating hospitals and physicians, travel agencies, and other entities as needed. We have designed our Websites so that you may visit them without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information, unless you opt to do so. If you do not wish to provide your name to us, you may use an alias. Once you opt to provide personally identifiable information (any information by which you can be identified such as name, social security number, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-Mail address, credit card number and medical records), it will only be used to support your customer relationship with us and to solicit providers to review your treatment request.

We may use any personal information you provide to identify you as a prospective patient, evaluate your request for medical services, and share appropriate information about you with providers. We may also use your contact details, phone number and e-Mail address to contact you. You consent to allowing us to contact you in this regard. If at any time after supplying personal information you decide that you no longer wish us to hold or use this information, or in the case that the information requires correction, please notify us and we will remove or correct/update the information. MVI Websites, consistent with industry standard practices, use “cookie” technology to help users navigate efficiently. The cookie is a small text file that resides on your hard drive to store information about your interactions with a particular website, either temporarily (known as a “temporary” or “session” cookie, and deleted once you close your browser window) or more permanently on the hard drive of your computer (known as a “permanent” or “persistent cookie”).
